We start the process with a free in-home consultation where I learn your taste preferences, specific dietary requirements, and health goals. I can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Additionally, we will discuss your food storage preferences – I prefer oven-safe glass containers – and ensure all kitchen equipment is sufficient. I will send you a menu proposal several days before our first session, which we can fine tune together.
On your scheduled cooking day, I will purchase all the groceries, pantry ingredients, and/or equipment required. I will then prepare all your meals, package, label, and store them to be enjoyed at your convenience. At the end of the day, I will leave your kitchen as tidy as I found it.
